This beautiful villa has been completely renovated and is located in a very quiet street, but close to the Playa de la Barrosa, with its bars, restaurants and small shops. The beach is approximately 2km away.
The villa is built on one floor on a large plot of 980m2 and has a build area of about 130m2. It has a lovely outdoor area with private garden to the rear, front porch, and side terrace, swimming pool of 8x4 meters with sun loungers and a further covered terrace next to this with an outside dining table where you can enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors accompanied by family or friends. A gas barbecue is available.
Inside the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc, which also has access to the side porch of the house, which is very comfortable. The living room is spacious and has two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, as well as a nice dining table for 6 people.
The villa has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout, included in the price.
The house has a maximum capacity for 6 people, distributed in 3 bedrooms as follows:
-Bedroom No. 1: with double bed of 1.60m and En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle.
