Villa for 6 people.
This luxury villa is located on the top of an hill with gorgeous sea views. The villa opens up to the north and the south so the cool air can pass through ensuring a nice cool feeling under the high alang alang roof. An open staircase leads you to the upstairs quarters which are used to exercise, read and relax on the large sofa’s or stay in touch with the rest of the world by means of the wireless internet connection. This upstairs area (40 m2) has full doors opening up to 2 sides enabling you to enjoy the view of the ocean and the western hilltops.
At the back of the villa there are two suites.
A very quiet and private master bedroom (60 m2) with AC, en suite bathroom with all facilities, dressing and wardrobes which looks out to the ocean and enjoys light from 3 sides. There is a king size bed, dressing table and lounge chair plus outside covered terrace.
The other suite is slightly smaller (40 m2) also with AC, en suite bathroom, dressing, wardrobes etc. This suite has its own private garden and outside shower. There is a king size bed, writing desk and couch.
On the western side of the garden you will find a separate guesthouse. This comprises a large bedroom with bathroom facilities at the back. Also here is a private garden with outside shower.
The guesthouse opens up to the north and you can see the ocean from your bed. The guesthouse is equipped with a king size bed, writing desk, AC and wardrobes.
In the middle of the garden you will find the large pool especially designed for laps as well as other relaxation. There are two pool decks with sun chairs and umbrella. Nearby is a large bale for those who like to stay in the shade.
Staff.
The villa has 5 permanent staff members. One housekeeper and one assistant, two maids and one gardener. There is 24 hour security.
Information
There are several simple but good restaurants in the vicinity of the villa. The famous Bvlgari hotel is 5 minutes away. Also close are the Banyan Tree, Karma and Alila hotels; all with top class restaurants.
It is a 20 minutes drive to Jimbaran where you have all kinds of restaurants from top class luxury to simple beach grills.

- Breakfast is prepared by the staff at your request.
- Lunch and dinner meals can be prepared by the staff when ordered in advance at a small additional fee to give them an incentive.
