This stone villa, with its picturesque gardens, is situated at Pollensa, Mallorca, Spain, for maximum 6 people.
The views of Sierra Traumantana produce tranquillity, and the town of Pollensa as well as its beckoning beaches are at a few minutes driving, where you will be able to find waterfront restaurants and shops.
The villa is very attractive, with oak beamed ceilings, and visible wall stones. The hall leads to the large lounge dining room, which contains at a side a relaxing sofa space, with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and Playstation2 with two joysticks.
Two big doors enable the access to the equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and an utility room with washing machine.
The double main bedroom respects the wish of high standing of all the house, and includes an en-suite bathroom. Two other twin bedrooms have an adjacent bathroom in the common corridor. All the bedrooms include air conditionning, and the house has heating to give confort in all the seasons.
Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily.
We acceed outside to the outdoor covered terrace, with garden furniture. Separated, there is a barbecue area partially covered, with a terrace that allows to make relaxing meals while looking at the pool and the gardens with lawn, palm trees, olive trees and geraniums in terracotta pots. This area also includes a WC.
The pool with roman steps, and an exotic parasol give a respite under the warm sunny summer.
