The villa is very close to a supermarket and to the main road that links Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa. The entrance is through a covered terrace and leads to a small lounge/dining room. To the left there is a double bedroom with antique furnishings. Also a door leads to a small passageway where the rest of the bedrooms and bathroom are. Through the outside terrace a door leads to the fitted kitchen.

The Large built-in BBQ is located by the pool area and consists of a wood bread oven, BBQ grill, washbasins and a fireplace. An outside bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine complete the villa.
